The Club wishes former Senior Team Manager Pat Mc Carrick every success with the launch of his New Book, Bothar: Faces and Places which takes place on this Thursday night 10th May in St Brigidís Hall, Tubbercurry at 9pm. The book a Photographic journal from the developing World, are images captured by Pat during his trips abroad with the Charity over the past few years. The book will be launched by Celebrity Chef Neven Maguire. Club Chairman Fr Dan oíMahony and his church finance committee are to be complemented with the staging of the Church Concert in St Michaelís Church on Sunday evening last. A number of Cyclists from the area took part in the An Post Tour of Sligo at the weekend. Both the 160km & the 100km cycles past through the Club Area at various times. Well done to Curry on their staging of the Johnny Stenson Cycles on Saturday last where cyclists from the area also participated in. Congratulations to Sarah Kilcoyne, Tubbercurry on being picked for the part of Maria in the production of West Side Story which is being staged by The Star Factory Group in August. Sarah plays football for the local CT Gaels Ladies Club and her mother being Attracta Burke from Mullaun, Cloonacool.
